Our StaffDonald Hintze, Executive Director Donald Hintze was elected Executive Director of GCBA on Tuesday, November 18, 2003 by the Executive Board meeting at Heights Baptist Church in Alvin. Prior to this, he served as Associate Executive Director for two years and 9 months.
Donald graduated from Louisiana State University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as pastor of the Reddell Baptist Mission in south Louisiana and on staff at McLaurin Heights Baptist Church in Pearl, Mississippi. Donald was the pastor of Temple Baptist Church in Clute, Texas for 18 years before coming to serve in GCBA. Donald and his wife Debbie reside in Clute. They have two sons; Phillip, his wife Jenny and their sons, Jackson and Mikey; and Josh and his wife Ashley.

Bobby Fuller, Director of Texas Port MinistryBobby Fuller was elected Director of Texas Port Ministry on Tuesday, January 16, 2007 by the Executive Board at First Baptist Church of Angleton. Bobby is a native of Freeport who graduated from Brazosport High School in 1974. After spending 21 years in the chemical and petroleum inspection business, Bobby has most recently served First Baptist Church Old Ocean as Minister of Education and Administration. He previously served Temple Baptist Church in Clute in the same capacity.
Bobby is married to Jackie and they make their home in Clute. They have one daughter Jenny, son-in-law Brian and two grand-daughters, Brynn Lee and Normandy.
